I found the introduction and first chapter an easy read, you have a very fluid writing style. Looking forward to the next chapters release, you've taken up some critical and challenging (less so from a scholarly perspective, more so from an religious perspective perhaps) topics in chapters two and four concerning the nature of Judaism(s) in the STP and associated messianic expectations
This is a short book that gives one perspective on how the Jewishness of the Faith was lost over time. It isn’t a complete read, but it does provide some insightful references. It did provoke me to further study how the Jewish teaching of the gospel was lost over time.
This writer seams to think that we as Christians think That GODs chosen people Israel were not included in salvation. When in fact we all believe that all people who follow Jesus is a part of Salvation. GODs plan was for his chosen people to teach us in fact. In the end, the big picture is: only those who believe, serve and call upon the name of Jesus Christ shall be saved!

This book was even shorter than I thought it would be and was filled with very general information. I had hoped for more from someone who is a scholar on this subject. If you are just beginning, and know nothing about this subject, it might be a good starting point. There were a few annoying typos though, and in a work this short, that bothered me. I do realise this is part of a larger series, but this book, alone, wasn't enormously beneficial.I eventually decided on three stars, because I believe the author knows what he is talking about, but splitting this book into so many parts is not in any way helpful and looks like a money-making device.
This is really a long essay on the evolution of the relationship between Jewish Christians and traditional Jews in the first centuries after Christ. It reveals that, contrary to what is thought, observant Christian Jews continued to practice a form of Judaism that embraced Jesus as the Messiah well into the second century.
Do not buy! Already included in Part 2, which is incomplete! Can buy the single volume.
Informative and comprehensive on a challenging topic. Great resource for numerous sources on the topic of "What is Messiah". Great reference for any library.
